A fantastic achievement last night for our team. We are delighted to have secured a resolution to grant planning permission from Members of the London Borough of Bexley Planning Committee for 559 new homes in Crayford in partnership with Skillcrown.
Of the 559 homes, the development will deliver 240 affordable units and much needed family housing. The creation of a new riverside walk along the River Cray, will provide access directly to Crayford town centre.
