Work on our Croydon development is well underway. This scheme of 66no apartments on behalf of Moat is in Pampisford Road, South Croydon. 20no units will be available for shared ownership in one block with the remaining three blocks of 44no apartments allocated for affordable rent homes. The project now sees one block fully constructed with the internal works now begun. The other three blocks continue to have the walls and floors constructed over the next couple of months. This exciting development is due for completion in early 2024.
