After much anticipation and a vast amount of local interest, we have now begun works on our Sevenoaks development. One of our groundworks teams have begun the excavations for the new basement which will provide parking for selected apartments. We anticipate works will be underway for an approximate 24 month period and we look forward to keeping you updated with our progress.
This development will launch in 2025 when we will have show apartments ready to view. Savills in Sevenoaks will be marketing this development on our behalf and we will update the hoarding with further details once they are available. We look forward to massively improving the town centre with this development that will bring 107no new homes to the area as well as three commercial units.
